Sulphate-free products exclusively. Lukewarm or cool water with a final cold rinse. UV-protective spray outdoors. Apply conditioner before swimming. Minimise heat styling and always use protectant. Book gloss treatments between full colour appointments. Use colour-depositing products — purple shampoo for blondes, blue for brunettes — once weekly.
