Brazilian Blowout: coats the cuticle with protein and polymers. No waiting period — you can wash or tie back hair immediately. Retains natural body and movement. Lasts ten to twelve weeks. One hundred and eighty to two hundred and eighty pounds. Keratin: bonds protein into the fibre itself. Forty-eight to seventy-two hour waiting period. Stronger curl reduction and slightly longer-lasting at twelve to sixteen weeks. Two hundred to three hundred and fifty pounds.
Keratin provides slightly stronger humidity resistance due to deeper bonding. Brazilian Blowout performs very well in typical UK conditions with the advantage of immediate washability — preferred by many professional clients for its convenience.
